Had an unforgettable experience seeing polar bears right by the shore! The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable, providing insights that made our stay truly special.

The TV reception was limited, which wasn’t a big deal, but it would have been nice to have some channels to unwind with after a long day.

Honestly, we were really impressed by the staff here. They treated us like family, especially John who went out of his way to set us up with an early check-in after our train arrived ahead of schedule. Plus, the meals in the restaurant were unexpectedly delicious—definitely had no right to be that good considering where we were.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still on the reasonable side for what we got.

I had an amazing time during my stay! The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety and flavors. I loved that I could pack a picnic with food from the fridge before going out to see the belugas! The only downside was some issues with hot water, but it usually warmed up quickly. I would definitely come back here!

Pack plenty of bug spray. the mosquitoes are fierce when you step outside, even though the hotel is comfortable and well-kept.

The hotel picked us up right at the airport, which was super convenient. The rooms were clean and comfy, with two double beds and coffee machines. The breakfast was decent, though no hot veg options for non-egg eaters. A small bummer was that there was no A/C, but we just opened the windows and it was fine.

Churchill Hotel impressed me with its comfortable and clean rooms. The location right across from a general store made it super convenient. Koral, the owner, provided excellent service from the moment we arrived, picking us up at the airport and even helping us with early check-in. I enjoyed the variety at breakfast. fresh fruits, pancakes, and eggs were satisfying. The shared microwave in the communal area was handy for heating up leftovers. However, I did encounter a problem with the air conditioning in my room. It wasn't adjustable, which made things a little uncomfortable at times. The only other downside was that the restaurant was closed without any prior notice. That was a bit frustrating since I had counted on dining there during my stay.

I really loved my stay here, especially when I got to see those amazing beluga whales in Hudson Bay and the beautiful polar bear family nearby. The relaxing vibe by the cozy fireplace and the hearty breakfast made each morning a treat. Just a heads up, the doors can be a bit noisy, but that didn’t take away from the awesome experience! 🐾
